Stack-n-Whack by Bethany Reynolds
Teacher: Jean Lewis
2 session s- Tues., Mar 14th , Tues., March 21th - 9:30 to 4:00pm

Cost: $30.00 plus  book (book can be purchased for a special price
of $15 when you sign up for the class)

Try your hand at making a kaleidoscope pinwheel quilt. The kaleidoscope effect happens spontaneously, thanks to Bethany Reynolds techniques. The main fabric is the one that forms the kaleidoscope.  Large florals and leaf prints, abstract prints and ethnic designs, animals, seasonal motifs and scenes make excellent choices. Having "Mirror Tiles" can greatly help you pick out your fabrics. We have one at the store for you to borrow while shopping at The Cotton Loft. It DOES usually take 6+ yards of fabric, but
you will get four large throw quilts.

You must have a 60 mm rotary cutter and an extra blade.  Bring your sewing machine with the usual tools (scissors, thread, needles, etc)
DO NOT PRE-WASH AND/OR IRON YOUR FABRIC!!.
